FEBRUARY 28, 2010, 7:00 p.m. - Join us as we host guest chef Eddie Sandoval, Chef and Owner of The Asian Palate, Thai & Sushi Restaurant in Buena Vista, Colorado. Chef Sandoval creates a style of cuisine inspired by regional Asian dishes and techniques from the Far East to the Mediterranean, and his experience working under accomplished chefs. His vision is to be expressive through his cuisine, conscientious of the sources of his ingredients, and to support the community.

Chef's Table
Our Chef’s Table seats 4 to 6 guests and provides a first hand view of our world class kitchen.  Executive Chef Mike Weist and his team will create a multi-course surprise tasting menu in a progression of petite courses with each course laying the foundation for the next.  Guests have the option of enjoying tasting portions of wines paired with each course. The cost of the menu is $85. Reservations for this table are required.

Entertainment 
Bob Israel, Concert Pianist, plays in the bar Wednesdays through Sundays from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Take the free Gondola to Station Saint Sophia, the midway point between Telluride and Mountain Village. Enjoy the spectacular views at 10,551 feet above sea level.

Private Party Facilities
Private dining room for up to 30 guests overlooking the Town of Telluride 1800 feet below.
The private  room has exceptional views and a fireplace to create a warm and inviting
atmosphere.  Allred’s is available for private events for groups up to 120 guests.
