Children's Ski and Snowboard School

At the Telluride Ski Resort Children's Ski & Snowboard School, children are divided into programs that offer age-specific learning experiences. 

Upon arrival, your children will feel right at home with Telluride's friendly mascots - Olivia the Otter, Eddie the Eagle and Morris the Bear. 

Olivia, Eddie and Morris are part of an integrated program to teach children not only skiing and snowboarding, but also Telluride's history and environment.

Snowboard instruction is available for children ages 7 - 14; ski lessons are offered to children ages 3 -14.

For children ages 2 to 4, the Nursery offers a special program that will introduce your child to the slopes through special games and techniques with a personal ski instructor.  Great for children who are not ready to spend the full day outside, but are ready to spend 1 to 1.5 hours sliding around on skis.
