Mountain Ambassadors
More than 30 staff and community members make up this friendly group of local mountain hosts. Our Mountain Ambassadors are here to serve you. Whether its answering questions regarding mountain facts, current conditions, dining, special events, or simply for directions, our hosts have a wealth of knowledge to assist in any way possible. In addition, Mountain Ambassadors are always ready and willing to help carry your skis, provide you with sunscreen and water, and give you some local tips on what part of the mountain is skiing the best that day. Stop by the Telluride Complimentary Ski Valet in the Mountain Village Core where the Mountain Ambassadors will valet your skis for FREE while you spend time shopping or eating in the Village Core.

Guest Service Center
Our Guest Service Center is located in Slopeside Lockers, across from the Village Express (Lift 4). Stop in to chat with our knowledgeable local staff for answers to any questions you might have regarding the Telluride Ski Resort, Mountain Village or Town of Telluride. This is a great place to pick up some sunscreen, a grab-and-go snack, or a beverage to keep you hydrated. The Guest Service Center is also the location for our Lost & Found.
Our hours of operation are 8:30 am until 5:00pm. You can reach a staff member at the Guest Service Center at 970.728.7575 or e-mail GUEST SERVICES.
Meet the Mountain
Get acquainted with the mountain on a free tour of the ski resort led by our Mountain Ambassadors. The 2 to 3 hour tour incorporates colorful stories of Telluride’s history, interesting facts about the environment and local trivia, as well as orienting you to our restaurants, amenities and ski terrain. Open to intermediate snow riders and above, the “Meet the Mountain” tour meets daily at 10 a.m. at the trail map near the top of Coonskin (Lift 7). TelSki Truffles
Look for Guest Services during Christmas Week, New Years, Presidents Weekend and Spring Break to sample our chocolate, mint or caramel flavored complimentary truffles. Truffle distribution occurs at 3PM in the Mountain Village Core and near the base of the Village Express Lift (4). This is one of the many complimentary services that Ambassadors provide to our guests as a way to say, “Thanks for choosing Telluride”.

Ski Sherpas
Need an extra set of hands to help you carry your skis? Ambassadors greet guests in the morning at the top of the Gondola stairs in the Mountain Village Core. We are eager to assist you and your family with transporting your gear to the base of the ski lift. This is also a great time to grab a grooming report, trail map, or become informed about mountain updates for the day. In addition, Ambassadors are stationed in the afternoon at the bottom of the Gondola stairs to assist you on your way home. Let us know how we can help!
