Guest Service Center
Our Guest Service Center is located in Slopeside Lockers, across from the Village Express (Lift 4).  Stop in to chat with our knowledgeable local staff for answers to any questions you might have regarding the Telluride Ski Resort, Mountain Village or Town of Telluride; pick up some sunscreen or lip balm; or grab a drink of water – don’t forget to hydrate! The Guest Service Center is also the location for our Lost & Found. 

Our hours of operation are 8:30 am until 5:00pm and you can reach a staff member at the Guest Service Center at 970.728.7575 or e-mail GUEST SERVICES.

Mountain Ambassadors
More than 30 staff and community members make up this friendly group of local mountain hosts. Directing guests to ticket windows and rental centers, carrying skis, and dispensing lip balm and sunscreen are just a few of the duties of our crew.  Look for the Telluride Tent in the Mountain Village center where the guest service staff will valet your skis for FREE while you spend time shopping or eating in the village core.  They can also answer any questions on entertainment, special events, mountain facts, mountain services, and dining favorites.

Complimentary Massage
6 days per week service at Gorrono, provided by Telluride Mobile Massage:  Chair massage will be provided either inside Gorrono or on deck Tuesday through Sunday from approximately 1 to 3 pm (at least 2 hours per day).  This service begins on Gorrono’s opening day, December 17, 2011.  Additional massage will be provided on Mondays during holiday seasons, including Christmas/New Years, MLK weekend, Presidents weekend and “Spring Break”.

Meet the Mountain
Get acquainted with the mountain on a free tour of the ski resort led by our Mountain Ambassadors. The 3 to 4 hour tour incorporates colorful stories of Telluride’s history, interesting facts about the environment and local trivia, as well as orienting you to our restaurants, amenities and ski terrain. Open to intermediate snow riders and above, the “Meet the Mountain” tour meets daily at 10 a.m. at the trail map near the top of Coonskin (Lift 7).  Special needs and group tours can also be arranged – contact the Guest Services Manager at 970.728.7552.

Slopeside Lockers
Guests can stow their gear nightly at Slopeside Lockers in the Mountain Village. Lockers are available for seasonal rental or nightly rental - includes boot dryers and enough room to accommodate two pairs of boots and skis.  Slopeside Lockers are located across from the Village Express (Lift 4).  If you would like information regarding rates and seasonal availability, please contact Slopeside Lockers at 970.728.2719.

Complimentary Ski Valet
Safely store your skis or snowboard at our valet tent while you shop or dine in the Mountain Village. Located at the base of the Village Express (Lift 4) daily from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
