    About the Telluride Ski Resort

    Rooted in western mining history with millions of dollars worth of gold and silver extracted from the surrounding peaks, Telluride has evolved from a rugged, strike-it-rich boomtown to a modern day, world class destination resort. Telluride Ski Resort offers an unmatched mountain experience for all levels of skiers and snowboarders thanks to some of the most spectacular terrain and scenery in North America. From refined groomed runs to big mountain areas, there truly is something for everyone. Beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders can ride to the highest peaks and enjoy terrain and views typically reserved for the experts.

    Living up to its reputation for legendary terrain, Telluride has recently opened the spectacular Revelation Bowl, Palmyra Peak and Gold Hill Stairs to go along with easy cruising from the top of the mountain and one of the most expansive learning areas in the Rockies.

    Getting Here

    One of the truly unique things about Telluride is the ease of getting around. The trademark free gondola takes care of transportation between downtown, Mountain Village and the slopes. No driving necessary!

    Air Travel

    Getting to Telluride is just as easy, as the Telluride (TEX) and Montrose (MTJ) regional airports are conveniently served by six commercial carriers with non-stop U.S. flights available from eight major North American cities.

    Telluride and Mountain Village boast over 50 restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The varied restaurants offer a cuisine culture to rival New York and/or Los Angeles.  From romantic bistros and western steakhouses to pizza joints and sushi bars, a delicious option for every taste abounds.

    High upon the mountain, Alpino Vino offers fantastic views, a spectacular deck, and excellent menu.  For après ski, try the newly renovated Tomboy Tavern at the base of Village Express (Lift 4),or the redefined Allred’s at the top of the Gondola. A ride to the top of the Gondola for breathtaking views and a fresh new menu at Allred’s promises an evening never to forget.

    • Alpenglow Beauty is the first and only full-service beauty boutique, specializing in cosmetics, skin and hair care products and make-up application in the Telluride Region.
    • Heritage Apparel provides a chic combination of stylish basics and designer labels, for men and women.  Heritage Apparel brings the refined casual look for both men and women to Mountain Village.
