Hollie H. Hannahs - Executive Director of Lodging

Hollie has been leading the Telluride Resort Lodging team since 2009. Hollie brings to TRL over 15 years of lodging and hospitality experience in Colorado mountain resort towns. After graduating from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, Hollie moved west “for a year” to Breckenridge, CO where she ultimately worked for Breckenridge Hospitality, the lodging division of Vail Resorts, for the next 4 years. In 2000, after a summer in Crested Butte, she moved to Telluride to start a position with ResortQuest Telluride. Hollie held multiple management positions with ResortQuest over a 9 year period including General Manager of the Telluride office.

Hollie has created an exceptionally strong team of property management experts over the past two years. She enjoys working with a dedicated staff and the amazing group of homeowners who make up the TRL portfolio. Hollie looks forward to meeting new homeowners as they discover our unmatched property management program.

Hollie lives in Telluride with her husband Tom and their young daughter. She enjoys hiking, biking, downhill & cross-country skiing as well as spending time playing with her family.

Maite Daguerre - Director of Operations and Business Development

Maite serves Telluride Resort Lodging as our Director of Operations and Business Development.  Maite has recently joined us to help create and execute a development plan to grow our inventory as well as supervise our homeowner and guest experience.

Maite has over 20 years of property management experience in the Telluride region.  Her vast experience includes a wealth of knowledge in housekeeping, maintenance, guest services and operations.  She has served as the General Manager for the Bear Creek Lodge and Director of Operations for ResortQuest for a number of years.

A Colorado native and calling Telluride her home for 18 years now, she has no plans of ever leaving paradise!

Her hobbies include: photography, boating, golfing, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, cooking, camping and enjoying the great outdoors in her jeep wrangler.

Jessica Simon - Homeowner Services Manager

As the Homeowner Services Manager for Telluride Resort Lodging, Jessica enjoys the primary role of fulfilling the needs of the owners of properties enrolled in TRL’s short-term management program.  While each day is different and challenging, working for a static group of owners affords her the opportunity to learn each owner’s individual goals and preferences and to make the homeowners’ experiences with TRL extremely pleasurable.

A hybrid of the East Coast and the Deep South, Jessica grew up in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. prior to attaining her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. After graduating and a brief stint in the Miami, Florida area where the hot summers just didn’t suit her, Jessica packed her bags and moved to Telluride, sight unseen, with plans to stay for a year or two.  As many a Telluride story begins, that was over 13 years ago and she never left after falling madly in love with the quaint mountain town that she now calls home.

Of course, what makes Telluride locals most happy is spending time outside of work, playing in the place that they are lucky enough to call home.  In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her college sweetheart-turned-husband, Garrett Simon, and her rescued Great Dane, L.C.  In the summertime, her favorite activities include golf, wakeboarding and wakesurfing at nearby McPhee Reservoir, hiking, and camping.  In the wintertime, Jessica enjoys snowboarding, skiing, and of course, enjoying the après ski scene.

Mike McIntire- Operations Manager

Mike McIntire is originally from Marshfield, Massachusetts.  He graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a B.A. in Business Administration.  Mike resides in Ridgway and has been in the area for the past ten years of which he has worked over five years in the lodging industry. Mike’s primary responsibilities as Operations Manager are overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our various properties, assisting owners and guests, and performing concierge services for our platinum properties.   Outside of work Mike enjoys mountain biking, skiing and hiking.

Kelly Merck- Reservations Manager

Kelly grew up in Waycross Georgia.  She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Business degree majoring in Risk Management and Insurance.  After graduating from college in December 2002, she found herself in the beautiful town of Telluride Colorado.  She started working with the Telluride Ski Resort in January 2003.  She worked for the Skier Service Sales Department for 9 years and recently accepted the Reservation Manager position with TRL.

Kelly enjoys the great outdoors of Telluride.  You can find her hiking, mountain biking and camping in the summer and skiing the amazing slopes Telluride has to offer in winter.

Kendra Montri - Reservations Specialist

Kendra grew up in Ida, MI, a rural farm town. She studied Public Relations at Ferris State University before starting with Telluride Ski & Golf in 2009. Before starting with Telluride Resort Lodging, Kendra worked in Skier Services Sales, at the Telluride Golf Course and with Sales and Marketing department. Kendra "came for a summer" and is now looking forward to her fourth year summer in the box canyon. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, skiing and enjoying the summer sun in Town Park.
