    Season Pass & Lift Ticket FAQs

    1. Where can I pick up my Telluride Season Pass?

    All adult, senior, junior, child, college, toddler, and frequency passes (6 day, 10 day, and T Card) can be picked up at the Mountain Village Skier Service Sales office located directly beneath the Mountain Village Gondola Station. After October 17, 2011 you can pick up your passes at the Coonskin Ticket office located in Telluride at the base on Coonskin (lift 7).

    3. Where do I purchase my season pass online?

    Go to http://telweb.tellurideskiresort.com/eStore/ and click on the Tickets & Passes link.

    4. Will I be able to use last year’s photo for this season’s pass?

    Yes. Adult, Senior, 6 Day, 10 Day, T Card, & College season pass holders may use last year’s photo as long as it complies with the pass photo policy (see next question). Child, Junior & Toddler passes all require a new photo which can be taken at the Mountain Village Skier Service Sales office, uploaded at the e-Store or e-mailed.

    5. What type of photo can I use for my season pass?

    • Photo needs to be JPEG format, ideal file size is 500KB – 1MB
    • Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles, animals, or other people
    • The photo should be passport style, with your face looking straight forward
    • Photo’s that do not comply with the above guidelines will delay the process of obtaining your pass.

    6. Can my season pass be mailed to me?

    Yes. All passes except for College Passes can be mailed to any United States address. Once the photo is received and you have completed the TSG Season Pass Liability release. You will save quality vacation time by purchasing in advance, submitting your pass photo(s) and having it mailed to your preferred address prior to arriving in Telluride.


    7. How can the TSG Season Pass Liability release be sent?

    All eStore season pass purchases require your electronic signature prior to completing the sale process. Any other method of purchasing a season pass product requires you to manually complete the liability release and submit it to the Skier Service Sales office via e-mail, fax 970-728-7521, or mail to:

    The Season Pass Liability must be completed prior to obtaining your purchased season pass. Pass holders under the age of 18 years old must have the release completed by their parent or legal guardian.


    8. What does Direct-to-Lift mean?

    This is a feature of the T Card that allows the pass holder to simply go directly to the lift without having to add access days to their pass at the ticket office. A credit card is required to have within your customer profile in order to automatically bill the daily discounted amount.

    9. What if I would not like my credit card to be stored within my customer profile?

    Unfortunately, to purchase a T Card a credit card must be stored within your customer profile in order for the product to function correctly. We have other frequency passes available for purchase, like the 6 & 10 Day passes, which do not require your credit card to be stored.

    10. How do I request a credit for my season pass?

    You must submit a Season Pass Credit Request form. Click here  for the document

    11. Can someone else use my season pass?

    No. It is clearly stated all season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning the season pass product can only be used by the designated individual from the date of purchase.

    12. What if my season pass is lost or stolen?

    Please contact the Skier Service Sales office at 970-728-7517 in the case your pass is stolen. All season passes can be replaced 1 time free of charge, after that there will be a $25 fee charged for each additional replacement.

    13. Can I purchase more than 1 season pass for myself?

    There is a 1 season pass product per person maximum. For example, you cannot purchase a 10 Day Pass and a T Card. However, you may buy a Limitless Lesson Pass in addition to any pass product.

    14. What is Resort Charge?

    Resort Charge is an added benefit that allows any pass holder to attach a credit card to their season pass card. No longer will you have to worry about having your wallet or purse, simply utilize your Telluride Season Pass as your method of payment at most TSG point of sales.

    15. What is Mountain Money?

    Mountain Money is also an added benefit to any pass holder.  Mountain Money can be applied to the guest’s customer profile, then the guest may use their season pass to access that money towards the purchase of products at most TSG point of sales. If you did not purchase a season pass product, then we can simply add the Mountain Money to a TSG Gift Card.

    16. Where are Resort Charge and Mountain Money accepted?

    • Food & Beverage locations: Hop Garden, Gorrono Ranch, Crazy Elk, Big Billie’s, Giuseppe’s, High Camp, & Allred’s
    • Retail locations: Resort Store, Telluride Naturals, Gold Hill Gallery, & Swanky Buckle
    • Mountain Activities:   Ski & Snowboard School, Eco Adventures, the Nursery, Mountain Village Ticket offices, Coonskin Ticket Office, & Oak Street Ticket Office

    17. What benefits are associated with my Telluride Season Pass purchase?

    • 10% off Food & Beverage (excluding Allred’s & Alpino Vino)
    • 10% off Retail at Telluride Resort Store, Gold Hill Gallery, & Telluride Naturals
    • 20% off Ski & Snowboard School group lesson products (College, Adult, & Senior passes only; black-out dates do apply)

    18. What are the black-out dates for the Limitless Lesson Pass & 20% Ski School discount?

    19. What is the age break-down for the various season pass options?

    Senior – 65 yrs and over
    Adult – 19 yrs to 64 yrs
    Junior – 13 yrs to 18 yrs
    Child – 6 yrs to 12 yrs
    Toddler – 5 yrs and under

    All ages are determined by the pass holder’s respective age on opening day, November 23, 2012.

    20. What are the requirements for purchasing a College Pass?

    • Current Enrollment of 12 hours in accredited college/university
    • Must provide a Verification of Enrollment document before pass is issued
    • Must present valid College ID

    In the case you are not able to provide both the Verification of Enrollment document confirming 12 hours of classes and a valid College ID, the college pass will not be issued.

    Furthermore, in the case any college season pass holder who happens to not be actively attending and enrolled in 12 hours of classes will be subject to paying the difference between an early season college pass and a regular season adult pass.

    21. Where do I get a Verification of Enrollment form?

    You can obtain your verification of enrollment free of charge from your respective college or university’s registrar’s office. You may go online to www.studentclearinghouse.org
