Gorrono Ranch
Gorrono Ranch is truly a gem of the San Juan’s. Named after the family that built the ranch, Gorrono was once a Basque sheep herder’s farm in the 1800’s. Recently renovated, Gorrono has served as our mid-mountain ski lodge. During the winter months the ranch is open to the public daily, but in the evenings it becomes a private mountain lodge that exudes rustic elegance. Guests are whisked up the mountain in a snow cat drawn sleigh with the towering San Juan Mountains illuminated by a star filled sky.
During the summer months Gorrono is accessed by van and is a popular pick for destination weddings. Gorrono has multiple decks -one that is typically used as the ceremony site, which boasts the picturesque Wilson Mountain Range as its backdrop.

Allred's Restaurant
Allred’s Restaurant, located at the top of the free scenic gondola, opened with much acclaim on December 8th of 2000. Allred’s is perched 10,551 feet above sea level and boasts breathtaking views of the 13,000 foot peaks that tower above the twinkling lights and rooftops of the town of Telluride some 1,800 feet below.
The 12,000 square foot restaurant features an arched foyer and hallways reminiscent of many old European wine cellars replete with stacked rock walls and custom designed wine cabinets, as well as 25 foot floor to ceiling glass windows in the dining rooms and bar. A stone fireplace serves both the bar on one side and the dining room on the other for cozy, mountain ambiance.

Literally perched at 12,200 feet, with the plunging views of the renowned Tempter Chute, it remains one of the most secluded and romantic destinations in the country.

With a refined mountain ambience, Alpino Vino is located on the top of the Telluride Ski Resort…reached by skis in the winter and by jeep in the summer months. It is the ideal, exclusive location for a small wedding reception or private group event.
