The Telluride Terrain Parks offer an exciting, challenging, and all out fun experience for skiers and riders of all ability levels.

OUR MISSION
From the beginner who has never been in a terrain park before, to the expert getting ready for the X Games, and everything in between, Telluride Terrain Parks will keep you smiling ear to ear all day long.
As you can see in the pictures….the backdrop isn’t so bad either.
It is our mission to exceed your expectations every day through innovative, fun, and safe features.

|
By creating parks for all ability levels, we strive to offer guests a way to progress, improve, and advance between the different park levels.
In doing so, we plan for logical transitions from our beginner, to intermediate, and all the way up to advanced park. Look for the flutter flags and Smart Style signs (detailing the ability level required) at the entrance of each terrain park.
To learn more about Smart Style go to www.terrainparksafety.org

For the beginners, families, and kids out there….start out with the Ute Terrain Park (located right below the Ute Park Lift). Here you will find jumps and features that will be a great introduction to the various terrain park features, as well as a great way to build your skill set and confidence before progressing to the next level.
Once you feel completely comfortable with the features in Ute Park, head on over to the Misty Maiden Terrain Park (located off the Village Express lift, skiers left of the Misty Maiden ski run). Here you will find intermediate jumps and features that serve as a great transition between our beginner and advanced parks.

From here, the next step is our advanced park, the Hoot Brown Terrain Park (located off the Village Express Lift, skiers right of the Butterfly ski run). Only those people who are experts and who have mastered the Misty Maiden Terrain Park features should enter. Here you'll find large jumps with steep landings and a wide variety of rails, boxes, and unique features. For those of you who are already prepared for the challenge of Hoot Brown Park, we will continue to offer new, challenging, and exciting features throughout the winter season.
The Terrain Park Crew is here for you! Stop by our Yurt at the bottom of Hoot Brown Park and say hello, ask for directions, or give us feedback. Let us know what we can do to provide you with a safe and fun experience. You might even receive some candy for wearing a helmet!

Always remember to make a plan, stay within your ability level, and have fun. We look forward to seeing you this winter!

TELLURIDE VOTED #1 TERRAIN PARK IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS 2008
Who has the best terrain parks at any Rocky Mountain ski resort according to visitors to OnTheSnow.com? They're at Telluride, Colo. OnTheSnow.com, which attracts an audited 1.2 million individuals monthly during the winter, gave its visitors the opportunity to write reviews of all North American resorts and rank them in five categories.
The reviewers were clear in their comments about Telluride that went beyond the parks: "The après-ski is also great; not only is the town full of great restaurants but it has every conceivable type of bar. There is every type of skiing from the very beginner to the best over-the-top skier… Fast lifts. You can wear yourself out in half a day…"
