TELLURIDE, Colo. (June 5, 2008) –The Telluride Ski Resort received two awards at the National Ski Area Association’s (NSAA) National Convention and Tradeshow last week in San Francisco, CA. The NSAA recognized Telluride with two top honors for ‘Best Overall Marketing’ and the ‘Best Guest Service’ awards. The awards, sponsored this year by Mountain Uniforms and SnoCountry Ski Areas Association, are presented annually to ski resorts nationwide, both large and small, for their successful marketing and guest service programs that ultimately help grow the sports of skiing and snowboarding.
Telluride also won the ‘Best Guest Service’ award. NSAA Guest Service Awards recognize resorts for positive development in customer service. The Guest Service Awards reward high-quality customer service and will be used as a tool to improve industry service.
