Bratcher New Manager for Telluride Ski & Golf Club
Telluride, Colorado (June 14, 2012) – Telluride Ski Resort is pleased to announce that Michael Bratcher has been hired as the new General Manager for the Telluride Ski & Golf Club. Bratcher worked as General Manager for the nearby Cornerstone Club for the past two years, and prior to that as General Manager for Wood Ranch Golf Club, Simi Valley, CA; Director of Golf for Indian Wells Country Club, Indian Wells, CA; Director of Golf for Braemar Country Club, Tarzana, CA; and Operations Manager and Head Golf Professional for Canyon Crest, Riverside, CA, among other positions.
“Bratcher is a golf professional and has been a Class A member of the PGA for 14 years. He is also an active member in the Club Managers Association of America. Bratcher brings a familiarity with the Telluride Club through crossover members, events and activities.”
“We are excited to welcome Michael to the Telluride Ski & Golf Club,” said resort CEO Dave Riley. “His valuable experience and knowledge of club operations and culture will be a great benefit for our members.”
As the General Manager of the Telluride Ski & Golf Club Bratcher’s responsibilities include oversight of Winter Operations, Golf Operations, Golf Maintenance, Golf Shop Operations, Member Club Houses, Membership Sales and Member Events.
“I am thrilled to join the team at the Telluride Ski & Golf Club, and look forward to hitting the ground running,” said Bratcher. “It’s a great opportunity for me and my family to join one of the finest clubs and communities in Colorado.”
Bratcher, his wife Heather and three children, Christopher (9), Erin (7) and Elise (3), are already living in Telluride. He is an avid skier and Crossfit enthusiast.
