For guests of Telluride Ski Resort-owned lodging properties including the Peaks, the Inn at Lost Creek and homes rented through Telluride Resort Lodging and Telluride Central Reservations, new safety protocols have been implemented.
Daily housekeeping will not be available during your stay, but any housekeeping needs or additional items will be available upon request. Elevator usage will be limited to individuals or families traveling from the same household
Cancellation Policy – Any lodging reservation at Telluride owned or managed properties may be cancelled with a full refund up to 21 days prior to arrival. Within 21 days of arrival, a credit will be offered.
If you are sick or have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your reservation:
• Stay home
• Seek medical attention
• Get tested
• Follow all medical advice
If you get sick during your stay or have been within 6 feet for greater than 15 minutes of someone who tests positive for COVID-19
• Stay In your rental unit. Do not go skiing or participate an any other activities
• Seek medical attention
• Get tested
• Follow all medical directions
• Guests may extend their stay at their own expense to complete isolation or quarantine requirements
