Renowned for its culinary excellence and extraordinary service, Allred’s offers our guests an award-winning Wine List, with an emphasis on exceptional wines from around the world.

Allred’s is operating with a prix fixe menu that mixes local and regional as well as organic and original.

Our contemporary American cuisine is available daily for dinner throughout the Summer and Winter seasons. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

The bar offers the full pre-fixe menu as well as a la carte options. Bar seating is first come, first serve and guests must be seated at a table to adhere to capacity rules.

To get to Allred’s, take the gondola from either Telluride or Mountain Village and exit at the mid-station—St. Sophia Station. Follow the signs to Allred’s.

Last day of service for the summer season is October 14.  Will open for the winter season on Thanksgiving, November 23.

Allred’s is open daily for Dinner Service from 5pm-9pm,  featuring a 3-course prix-fixe dinner menu starting at $98/adult. Reservations recommended.

Apres Ski is available during the winter at the Allred’s bar from 3pm-5pm. No reservations.

Start your mornings at the buffet at the Inn at Lost Creek, where we offer an assortment of healthy and hearty food options. From fruits and pastries to bagels and smoked salmon, our buffet has something for everyone! Breakfast is open to the general public and the buffet is $18 per person for non-hotel guests.

 

Dinner

Siam Talay Grille at the Inn at Lost Creek offers a selection of Thai favorites for dinner in an intimate setting. Enjoy one of our handcrafted cocktails or a glass of your favorite wine in our cozy bar while you relax in the alpenglow of a glorious mountain sunset. Then, join us for dinner in Talay’s dining room and indulge in one of the many selections of authentically prepared Thai dishes. At Siam Talay our focus is to deliver authentic Thai food made with the freshest ingredients possible, delivered with warm heartfelt hospitality.

Siam Talay is open for breakfast and dinner service with the following hours of operation: 

Breakfast available from 7:30am – 10am, Wednesday – Sunday

Dinner available from 5pm – 9pm, Wednesday – Sunday

Siam Talay Dinner service ends for the summer October 14, with breakfast service continuing for hotel guests until the 21st.  Plans are to reopen for the winter on December 1.

Crazy Elk is open daily from 11am – 9pm and will close for the off-season on October 22, with a planned reopening of November 13.

The Pick

The Pick Exterior

The Pick offers customized, hand-rolled, gourmet burritos and bowls for guests and adventurers who are looking for a hearty, delicious, quick breakfast or lunch.

The Pick features a “Build Your Own” menu of rotating items that highlight seasonal ingredients, with four to six protein options, two types of beans, a multitude of toppings and gluten free alternatives.

Our unique centerpiece feature is a wide variety of custom homemade sauces and salsas like the Mango Salsa and San Juan Sucker Punch

The Pick is open Wednesday – Sunday from 8am – 2pm during the summer.

The Pick will be open through the off-season 7 days a week through October 17, then weekdays only until November 10.

Bon Vivant

Bon Vivant Exterior on a Sunny Winter Day

With breathtaking views of Palmyra and the Wilson Range, Bon Vivant stands as Telluride’s premier on-mountain dining venue, where guests are encouraged to live “The Good Life”. The menu, overseen by Chef Brian Hartman, focuses on classic French country cuisine. The all-French wine list, curated by Wine Director Andrew Shaffner, is not to be overlooked, with everything from approachable Vin de France wines to your favorite Champagne and Classified Growth Bordeaux. The friendly and knowledgeable service staff, led by General Manager Luke Weidner, actively work  to enrich your experience while maintaining an atmosphere that is welcoming to all. It is this combination of luxury and authenticity that create an ambiance which is second to none.

On less than ideal weather days, seating will be available in the Bon Vivant shelter. In extreme conditions, the restaurant may close entirely.”

Dependent on snow conditions, Bon Vivant opens when Lift 5 begins operation.  Expect to open sometime after Dec 12.

Lunch is served daily from 11am to 3pm.

Bon Vivant does not accept reservations for lunch, so stop by early in the day and ask the host to put your party on the day’s “table list”. You’ll be given an estimated “check back” time for seating.

“Rapide”, Bon Vivant’s popular ‘to-go’ window, will be open Wednesdays and Thursday from 11am to 2pm.

“Apres Ski BV” are scheduled for Friday and Saturday evenings by reservation only: Ski “in”, Snow Cat “out”.

Located under the Village Express Lift 4 with easy access via Misty Maiden, Butterfly, and Village Bypass ski-runs in the winter, this historic ranch serves up burgers, chili, bbq and other lunch fare in a rustic lodge with a large outdoor deck, historic Saloon and Outpost bars, and Gorrono’s famous “Snow Beach,” with our breathtaking views of the Wilson Range.

High Camp Warming Hut

High Camp Exterior With Guests and Views on a Sunny Winter Day

Located at the top of Prospect Bowl lift (12), High Camp serves hot and cold drinks, soups and snacks. Relax in the beach chairs for a while and enjoy the breathtaking views of Palmyra Peak.

High Camp is also the launching point for all Quail Ridge and Palmyra Peak hike-to Terrain. Fuel up before a big day out!

Dependent on snow conditions, High Camp opens when Lift 12 begins operation.  Expect to open sometime after Dec 15.

Big Billie’s

Big Billie's Restaurant Sign

Big Billie’s Restaurant provides a casual place to dine, watch sports on TV, play darts, and relax on the patio. Food and drink service includes grilled burgers, hot dogs, roasted turkey legs, soup, chili, snacks, beer, and soft drinks.

Big Billie’s is open for the summer with limited evening service from Sunday – Thursday, 4:30-9:30 pm. Big Billie’s will close for the summer on October 14, and plans to reopen for the winter when snow permits (projected date: Dec 3rd).

Telluride Ski & Golf is proud to announce the launch of our Summer Dining Series with Alpino Vino Chef Ryan Meredith and his Culinary Team. The Alpino Vino team is excited to bring you the freshest and most exciting dining experience around! We are looking forward to offering a top-tier dining experience that is not to be missed!

The Vino d’Estate Dining Room will offer an ever-changing farm to table four to five course chef’s tasting menu and wine experience. The menu will focus on the cuisine of wine regions from across the globe and Chef Meredith will source ingredients from local farms and markets as well as fresh product from the Telluride Farmers Market every Friday. Telluride Ski & Golf Wine Director and Sommelier, Andrew Shaffner will provide interesting and delicious wine pairings to compliment every dish. This is sure to be the most fun, creative, and exclusive dining experience around!
