You can cancel anytime before 72 hours for no fee. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation you will receive a refund for 50% of the booking.
Day of cancellations will not be refunded. For cancellations due to illness please refer to our Sick and Medication policy or call (970)728-7531 by 8am the day of your reservation.
