There will NOT be a fee for any cancellation made 72 hours BEFORE the date of your reservation. However, if you cancel WITHIN 72 hours of your reservation you will receive a refund for 50% of the booking. Day of cancellations, no shows or switches, will not be refunded. For cancellations due to illness please refer to our Sick and Medication policy or call (970)728-7531 by 8am the day of your reservation. It is not our responsibility to call you if you do not show up for your reservation. There are no exceptions, please be prompt if you choose to cancel your reservation.
