DOES TELLURIDE REQUIRE RESERVATIONS FOR QUALIFYING EPIC PASSES?
All EPIC pass holders will be required to make a reservation to ski Telluride.

Can I use the Epic Mobile Pass at Telluride?
The Epic app and Mobile Pass will not be supported here, as Telluride Ski Resort is an epic pass partner, not an epic resort. Pass holders must bring their physical pass media card when they visit. However, if you arrive and do not have a physical media card, you are able to have one printed at two locations: the Mountain Village ticket office in Heritage Plaza located beneath the gondola in Mountain Village, or the Oak Street ticket office in Telluride, located at the Gondola Station Telluride.
WHICH EPIC PASSES QUALIFY FOR LIFT ACCESS IN TELLURIDE?
Epic Pass, Epic Adaptive, Epic Merchant, Epic Club and VR Lifetime Pass Holders will receive 7 unrestricted days at Telluride and 50% off the current 1-day rate for additional days after the included 7 days have been used.
Epic 4 Day to 7 Day Pass Holders (All Resort Access) will receive (up to) 4 to 7 unrestricted days at Telluride and 20% off the current 1-day rate for additional days after the purchased Epic Day Pass has been fully used.
PLEASE NOTE: Epic Local, Epic Military, Epic Day Pass with limited access (22-32 resorts) and any other Epic Pass DO NOT afford access to Telluride.
All qualifying Epic Pass holders will use their VR issued Epic Pass media until all days are used – then they may visit any Telluride Mountain Sales location to redeem additional days at the afforded discount.
CAN I REDEEM EPIC BUDDY PASSES TELLURIDE?
No, Epic Buddy Passes are not available for redemption in Telluride.
CAN I HAVE MY EPIC PASS PRINTED IN TELLURIDE?
We strongly encourage to have your Epic Pass on hand prior to arrival, however; Epic Passes may be printed or reprinted at two convenient locations – The Mountain Village ticket office in Heritage Plaza located beneath the gondola in Mountain Village, or the Oak Street ticket office in Telluride, located at the Gondola Station Telluride.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY 50% OFF LIFT TICKET BENEFIT AT PARTICIPATING VAIL RESORTS?
Telluride full season pass holders can make redeem single day tickets at the ticket window upon arrival at any Vail owned resort.
IS THE 50% OFF BENEFIT TRANSFERABLE TO MY FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS?
No, the discounted ticket benefit is only available to the individual whose name is on the Telluride season pass. Multi-day passes are not included in this benefit, only full season passes.
WHICH TELLURIDE PASSES QUALIFY FOR THE VAIL RESORTS 50% OFF TICKETS?
Telluride Season Pass Holders (Adult, Young Adult, Children, Junior, Platinum Member, Silver Member, & Merchant Passes) qualify for 50% off tickets at any Vail owned resort. Multi-day passes are not included in this benefit, only full season passes.
Epic Reservation FAQs
Can I make reservations for other Epic Pass Holders?
Yes, pass holders will be able to make reservations for other pass holders that are in your account, under your household within “My Account”.
What if I make a reservation and then do not show up? (Epic Reservations)
If epic pass holders make a reservation and are not able to make it, we ask that you cancel your reservation in advance to allow another guest to book. We reserve the right to restrict the ability of the epic pass holder to make future reservations if the reservation system is being abused or manipulated in any way.

Will there be a notification system for epic reservations on days when inventory becomes available, or a waitlist for days that are fully booked?
Details will be shared with epic pass holders prior to the date our reservation system opens.

Do my Epic Pass Holder access and benefits at Telluride change?
The reservation system will not change Epic Pass Holder access and benefits at Telluride Ski Resort. Epic Pass, Epic 4-7 Day Pass (with All Resort Access), and Epic Adaptive Pass Holders will continue to have access here.
- Epic Pass and the Epic Adaptive Pass will continue to provide seven days of skiing and riding with no holiday-restricted dates. Once the seven days have been used, those pass holders can get 50% off lift tickets. These benefits also apply to Vail Resorts Lifetime Passes, Epic Club Passes (Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, Arrabelle, and Vail Mountain Club), and Epic Merchant Passes.
- Epic 4-Day, 5-Day, 6-Day, or 7-Day Passes with All Resort Access can also be used here. Peak restricted days will apply. After all days are used on those passes, regardless of the resort at which they were redeemed, Epic 4-7 Day Pass Holders can get 20% off additional lift tickets. The Epic Adaptive 5-Day Pass (Unrestricted with All Resort Access) also includes Telluride access and is eligible for 20% off lift tickets after all available days are used.
Do I need to make a reservation at Telluride to ski?
All qualifying Epic pass products are required to make an advanced reservation to ski in Telluride.

However, reservations are not required for any Telluride season pass or multi-day card. Simply go direct-to-lift and to have your pass scanned for that day’s access.
Will reservations for epic pass holders be required at Telluride every day?
Yes, all qualifying Epic pass products are required to make an advanced reservation to ski in Telluride.

How far in advance are you opening up epic reservations?
We expect to open our epic reservation system in August 2024. All epic pass holders will be notified via email in advance with the specific date the reservation system will open.

Will I be able to look at available reservations before I purchase an epic pass?
No, only guests with an eligible epic pass will be able to access and view available reservations.

How many Epic Pass Holders will be allowed to visit Telluride on a given day?
There are a variety of factors we will use to determine the number of reservations available. Availability of Epic reservations at Telluride Ski Resort will be visible for each day of the season in the reservation system.

What if I am unable to reserve the days I want at Telluride? Will I get a refund through Epic Coverage?
You will not be eligible for a refund under Epic Coverage due to an inability to access Telluride Ski Resort. Epic Coverage does not provide refunds related to any Partner Resorts or in connection with any matters concerning Partner Resorts. Passes provide access to the best mountain resorts, at a discount versus lift tickets, and are non-refundable.

Will I be able to make a same-day or day-of reservation? (Epic reservations)
Although we advise you book your reservations in advance, if there are reservations available, you will be able to make a reservation on the same day.

How many days can I reserve at once for Epic Pass reservations at Telluride Ski Resort?
Depending on the type of Epic Pass you have, you will be able to reserve the corresponding number of days that you have access to Telluride at once. For example, Epic Pass Holders will be able to reserve 7 days, while Epic 4-day pass holders can reserve up to 4 days at once.
