NOTE: Ski Pass Insurance is not transferable or refundable. Claims are pro-rated based on the number of days skied prior to the date of the incident preventing the use of the season pass. Pre-existing coverage is included if the plan is purchased within seven days of making your initial deposit. If you do not accept Ski Pass Insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund and understand that ski passes are not transferable.

Winter Ticket & Pass FAQs

  • WILL DAILY LIFT TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE MOUNTAIN?

    Lift tickets must be purchased in advance, online. We are not offering traditional, walk-up ticket sales at our sales windows this winter. Same day ticket purchase will be ONLY available online, when inventory is available. While there is not an advance reservation system, by purchasing the date-specific lift tickets, you are securing your day(s) on the mountain.

  • IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LIFT TICKETS IN THE MAIL WERE DO I PICK THEM UP?

    Lift tickets purchased within a 2-week time frame of the ticket start date will be held at the ticket window for fulfillment upon arrival. Tickets purchased outside of this time frame will be sent via USPS to the address provided on the primary guest account.

    Mountain Village Ticket Windows are open 7 days a week from 8am-5pm, Oak Street Ticket Windows located at the Base of the Gondola in the Town of Telluride are open 7 days a week from 8am-4pm. Coonskin Office located at the Base of Chair 7 in the Town of Telluride is open 7 days a week from 8am-1:30pm.

  • WHAT ARE THE BLACKOUT DATES FOR THE LIMITED SEASON PASS?

    December 26 – Jan 2

    Jan 16-18

    February 13-15

  • WHAT DOES DIRECT-TO-LIFT (DTL) MEAN?

    This is a feature of all Multi-Day Passes (i.e. T Card, 3-Day, 6-Day, 10-Day, Military Card, etc.) which allows the pass holder to simply go directly to the lift without having to add/reserve days to their pass.

  • DO I NEED TO RESERVE ADDITIONAL DAYS FOR MY T CARD OR MILITARY CARD?

    No, both the T Card and Military Card afford Direct-to-Lift access and do not require advanced booking for any additional days. Simply go to the chair lift and the card securely stored in your guest account will be billed the discounted daily rate upon the first scan of the day.

  • ARE LIFT TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

    In the case of COVID, unforeseen travel cancellations, state and/or county restrictions impacting your ability to visit Telluride – then lift ticket refunds are available.

  • ARE SEASON PASS PRODUCTS REFUNDABLE?

    This winter the season pass refund policy has been relaxed per the state of affairs. In the case of COVID, unforeseen travel cancellations, state and/or county restrictions impacting your ability to visit Telluride – then season pass refunds are available.

  • WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REQUEST A LIFT TICKET OR SEASON PASS REFUND?

    In order to receive a refund on your purchase please contact the Telluride ticket office via email at passes@telski.com or by phone at 970-728-7517.

  • WERE DO I FIND THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT HAPPENINGS ON THE MOUNTAIN?

    Visit the App Store and download the the Telluride Ski Resort app!  Get LIVE updates on snow conditions, grooming reports, weather forecasts, advisories, lift and trail closures, PLUS other important notifications.

  • HOW MAY I SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR MY PASS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL?

    Advance purchases for season and multi-day passes are required for this winter. We currently do not plan to offer photo taking at any of our Mountain Sales locations per operating exclusively through our Ticket Windows. To submit a photo prior to arrival please upload a photo on your online account or email us an image to passes@telski.com.

    MOUNTAIN VILLAGE WINDOW – HERITAGE PLAZA OFFICE
    Summer Hours: 9AM – 6PM | Thurs-Sun
    Fall/Winter Hours: 8AM – 5PM | DAILY
    Located beneath gondola station in Mountain Village, in Heritage Plaza.

    OAK STREET WINDOW– TELLURIDE
    Fall/Winter Hours: 8AM – 4PM | DAILY | October 19, 2020 – April 4, 2021
    The Oak Street window is located at the Gondola Station Telluride, adjacent to base of chair #8.

    PACIFIC STREET WINDOW – TELLURIDE
    Winter Hours: 8AM – 1:30pm | DAILY | November, 26, 2020 – April 4, 2021
    The Pacific Street location is adjacent to the FREE Carhenge parking lot in Telluride at the base of lift #7.

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO REACTIVATE MY SEASON PASS FROM A PREVIOUS WINTER?

    YES.  Any season pass holder may reactivate a pass from previous winters. Upon renewing and executing the 2020-21 Season Pass Liability release your previously printed pass will be activated.

  • WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO CAN I USE FOR MY SEASON PASS?
    • JPEG format, ideal file size is 500KB – 1MB
    • Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles, animals, other people, or miscellaneous objects
    • The photo should be passport style, with your face looking straight forward
  • CAN MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?

    YES. All pre-season purchases will be automatically pre-fulfilled and mailed to your preferred address. Season pass photos will not be an option to obtain upon arrival at any Mountain Sales locations.

  • HOW CAN THE TSG SEASON PASS LIABILITY RELEASE BE SENT?

    The Season Pass Liability Releases MUST be completed prior to obtaining your purchased season pass. Pass holders under the age of 18 years old must have the release completed by their parent or legal guardian.  All season pass purchases online require your electronic signature prior to completing the sale process.     Telluride Season Pass and Resort Charge as your method of payment. Resort Charge is required for all Direct-to-Lift (DTL) products (T Card, 3 Day Pass, 6 Day Pass, 10 Day Pass, Military Card, etc.)

  • HOW DO I FILE A SKI PASS INSURANCE CLAIM WITH TRAVELGUARD?

    To file a claim please contact (866) 385-4839 and note product number 101074 for Season Ski Pass Insurance.  When you’re filing a claim, please use that number and let the claim team know you purchased through Telluride Ski, account #164413.

  • WHAT IF MY SEASON PASS IS LOST OR STOLEN?

    Please contact the Mountain Sales office at (970) 728-7517 if your pass is stolen. All season pass reprints will include a $5 fee.

  • CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY SEASON PASS?

    Unfortunately, all season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning the season pass product can only be used by the designated individual from the date of purchase.

  • CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TELLURIDE SEASON PASS FOR MYSELF?

    No, there is a one season pass product per person limit. For example, you cannot purchase a 10-Day Pass and a T-Card.

  • WHERE IS THE FREE PARKING?

    Both Mountain Village and Telluride offer FREE parking! Any guest may park for FREE at the Mountain Village Parking Garage or the Meadows Lot adjacent to Big Billie’s. You may also park for FREE at the Carhenge Lot in Telluride adjacent to the Pacific Street Mountain Sales office. View Map

Proceeds go to supporting Telluride Avalanche Dogs (TAD), a non-profit organization helping to keep our mountains safe.
