NOTE: Ski Pass Insurance is not transferable or refundable. Claims are pro-rated based on the number of days skied prior to the date of the incident preventing the use of the season pass. Pre-existing coverage is included if the plan is purchased within seven days of making your initial deposit. If you do not accept Ski Pass Insurance, you will not be eligible for a refund and understand that ski passes are not transferable.

Guests are required to purchase online prior to arrival to avoid waiting in ticket window lines and to have their tickets mailed to their home address. Pre-arrival fulfillment affords the added value of “hitting the ground skiing” and skipping the sales window.
ARE HALF DAYS LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE THIS SEASON?
Afternoon Half Day Tickets are available for purchase in advance and at any time during the day. Lift access is allowed at 12:30pm daily
IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY LIFT TICKET(S) OR PASS IN THE MAIL WHERE DO I PICK THEM UP?
Any lift ticket(s) purchased within a 2-week time frame of the start date are available for redemption at any Telluride Ski & Golf Resort Ticket Window.
Remember our season passes and day tickets are now reloadable! Please keep your card for next season. Anything you purchase will go straight onto your card, so you can go straight to the lift on arrival.
Please note that lost, damaged or forgotten RFID Cards will incur a replacement fee of $5.00.

WHAT DOES DIRECT-TO-LIFT (DTL) AND RESORT CHARGE MEAN?
This is a feature of all Multi-Day Passes (i.e. T Card, 6-Day, 10-Day, Military Card, etc.) which allows the pass holder to simply go directly to the lift without having to add/reserve days to their pass. The flat rate covers your first day(s) of skiing, and each additional day will be a discounted rate from the daily window price. A credit/debit card will be saved to your account, to enable Resort Charge, which allows you to be charged directly at the lift for each additional day. PLEASE NOTE: No reservations are required with any DTL product, and you will never need to manually add days. Resort Charge does not enable you to use your pass as a form of payment at any On-Mountain restaurants or shops.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A NEW PASS PRINTED ANNUALLY?

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO CAN I USE FOR MY SEASON PASS?
- JPEG format, ideal file size is 500KB – 1MB
- Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles, animals, other people, or miscellaneous objects
- The photo should be passport style, with your face looking straight forward at the camera
- Photos that do not comply with the above rules will not be accepted
ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR MY SEASON OR MULTI-DAY CARD (T CARD, MILITARY, ETC.)?
Reservations are not required for any Telluride season pass or multi-day card. Simply go direct-to-lift and to have your pass scanned for that day’s access.
CAN MY SEASON PASS AND/OR LIFT TICKET BE MAILED?
Yes, guest are required to advance purchase in order to take advantage of our complimentary pre-fulfillment options for all season pass and lift ticket products. Any advance purchase that is more than 2-weeks out from your arrival date will be mailed, free of charge, to your preferred address. Remember our season passes and day tickets are now reloadable! Please keep your card for next season. Anything you purchase will go straight onto your card, so you can go straight to the lift on arrival.

ARE LIFT TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Prior to the start date for any direct lift ticket purchases, full refunds to the original method of payment are afforded. Otherwise refunds are not considered for partially used lift tickets. Refunds are not considered for unused lift tickets due to weather.
HOW CAN THE TSG SEASON PASS LIABILITY RELEASE BE SENT?
The Season Pass Liability Releases MUST be completed prior to obtaining and/or activating any season or multi-day pass. Pass holders under the age of 18 years old must have the release completed by their parent or legal guardian. All season pass purchases online require your electronic signature prior to completing the sale process. Any other method of purchasing a season pass product requires you to complete the liability release online.
HOW DO I FILE A SKI PASS INSURANCE CLAIM WITH TRAVELGUARD?
To file a claim please contact (866) 385-4839 and note product number 101074 for Season Ski Pass Insurance. When you’re filing a claim, please use that number and let the claim team know you purchased through Telluride Ski, account #164413.
ARE SEASON PASS PRODUCTS REFUNDABLE?
Prior to the start of the winter season, any season pass or multi-day card may be fully refunded. Otherwise, once the lifts open for the winter we no longer consider refunds and/or credits for any unused season pass product. However, we are offering Ski Pass Insurance through Travel Guard, at a very low cost, to help protect your investment. Learn more here »
CAN I UPGRADE MY LIMITED SEASON PASS TO AN UNLIMITED PASS PRODUCT?
All Limited Pass Products (Adult, Child, Junior, Young Adult, 6 & 10 Day) are eligible for upgrades prior to opening day. Once the winter season starts, any and all Limited Pass Products (Adult, Child, Junior, Young Adult, 6 & 10 Day) are no longer eligible for upgrades.
WHAT IF MY SEASON PASS IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Please visit any resort ticket window to request a new print. Remember our season passes and day tickets are now reloadable! Please keep your card for next season. Anything you purchase will go straight onto your card, so you can go straight to the lift on arrival.

No, there is a one season pass product per person limit. For example, you cannot purchase a 10-Day Pass and a T-Card.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY SEASON PASS?
Using someone else’s pass to access the mountain is strictly forbidden. Any guest(s) identified doing so is subject to theft of services fines and revocation of lift access.
DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW PHOTO EVERY YEAR?
Advance purchases for season and multi-day passes are required for this winter. Returning pass holders do not need to submit a new photo annually. If you are a new pass holder, then please upload a photo on your online account or email us an image to passes@telski.com.
