Top-tier food and wine experience


Telluride Ski & Golf is proud to announce the launch of our Summer Dining Series with Alpino Vino Chef Ryan Meredith and his Culinary Team.

The Vino d’Estate Dining Room will offer an ever-changing farm to table chef’s tasting menu and wine experience. The menu will focus on the cuisine of wine regions from across the globe and ingredients will be sourced from local farms and markets, including the Telluride Farmers’ Market every Friday. Telluride Ski & Golf’s Wine Director and Sommelier, Andrew Shaffner, will provide delicious wine pairings to compliment every dish. This is sure to be the most fun, creative, and exclusive dining experience around!

This decadent food and wine experience will be hosted Friday and Saturday in the Appaloosa Room at The Peaks Resort & Spa. Seating is extremely limited. Please email Andrew at for reservations.
